Our client, a well-established Financial Services Company, with a national footprint, seeks to employ a highly skilled Customer orientated manager, to report to their EXCO.

The core of the role is to establish a customer orientated culture within the company, to improve customer service and strategically drive success outcomes, through optimizing customer life cycles, as well as implementing and driving professional service to maximize renewals, cross-selling and up-selling of services.

Our ideal candidate will come from the Financial Services sector, with a solid background in Customer Service initiatives and value add programs.

Qualifying criteria would be:

Ideally, you will have a degree in Marketing or Communications, coupled with 5+ years experience in leading a customer focused division

You will have a solid understanding of customer retention, after-sales service and regenerations of revenue

You will have outstanding interpersonal skills, be able to liaise at all levels and have a deep understanding of driving after-service growth models

A keen “people” interest is critical and be eager to learn, develop and impart a passion for service to teams, through management and training.

You will have a good understanding of analytics, reading data and reporting on results, with initiatives to improve.

Preparing and managing annual marketing budgets.

Managing external agencies if needed

Effectively monitoring, measuring and reporting against marketing activity to ensure return on investment.

Present creative initiatives for brand awareness and monitor competitor trends and performance
