Requirements:

• Matric (essential)
• Clear ITC and criminal record (essential)
• Mathematics
• Finance qualification (advantageous)
• A minimum of 2 years' customer service experience within a renowned company
• Inbound Call Center Agent experience

Competencies:

• Proficient in Excel, MS Office
• Excellent business writing skills
• Strong interpersonal
• Client management
• Analytical problem solving
• Candidates with a long service history and high levels of professionalism are preferred.
