Educational requirements:
Grade 12
At least 2 years’ experience in customer service/contact centre or education related positions
MS office proficient

Duties and Responsibilities:
To attend to and resolve student queries received via the various communication media/channels
Ticket query processing, telephonic query processing, general query processing and general admin duties
Assist students on the LMS with SLA by effectively resolving their requirements
Maintain a professional rapport with students when processing conversations both online and telephonic
Facilitate interaction between departments to smoothly accommodate student requirements
Utilize the CRM system
Maintain an effective working relationship with students and internal departments
Create tasks in the CRM in order to timely resolve student requirements and ensure that the timelines are met
Meet the shift duration by clocking in and out of the CRM and submitting daily work reports
