Position Overview: We are currently seeking an articulate and solution-oriented Advanced English Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch service. Proficiency in English, customer service skills, and the ability to use and learn CRM tools are essential for this position. To start the position will be M-F 9am to 5pm Pacific Time, but in time it may change. Applicant must be flexible with days and hours.
Responsibilities: Language Proficiency: Demonstrate advanced/fluent English skills both in written and verbal communication. Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Must be able to answer calls and chat with customers. Problem Solver: Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns effectively and efficiently. Must be able to determine the customer needs and take action (resolve or escalate to correct department). CRM Learning: Must be able to learn and operate task features of EKA on a daily basis. Tawk Interaction: Experience with Tawk chat platform is a plus, but not mandatory. Ability to learn the operation of Tawk is mandatory. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications: Language Skills: Advanced/Fluent English proficiency is mandatory. Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service is highly valued. Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. CRM/EKA Learning: Familiarity with CRM and EKA learning tools.
