Our company in Bryanston is looking for a Customer Service and Back-Office Supervisor who will be responsible for the operational running of both the Customer Service and Back-Office departments

Responsibilities
· Daily/weekly/monthly reporting statistics to your manager
· Ensure that resources are trained to effectively deal with account queries
· Ensure that the team displays good customer service principles in their dealings with customers as well as turnaround times for account queries
· Review internal control procedures
· Ensure that the brand and image are promoted through excellent customer service delivered
· Ensure quality targets are achieved and interventions are implemented
· Identify ways in which to increase motivation and teamwork and to foster a positive work environment
· Review training needs continuously, highlight focus areas and schedule training accordingly
· Conduct performance reviews with the team members
· Implement strategies to manage staff conduct and ensure poor performance procedures/disciplinary processes are followed consistently
· Any other ad hoc duties that might be required

Requirements
· Matric with university entrance
· Proficiency in the English language
· 2 years’ management/supervisor experience with a team of at least 10 people in the customer service space
· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
· Tech- savvy
· Multitasking and troubleshooting skills
· Experience in the banking/insurance/fintech environment will be an advantage
· Basic HR and Labour Law Act knowledge will be an advantage
