PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Ability to respond quickly and efficiently to all sales queries and orders and ensure that all administration is accurately processed. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required to make the client experience a success.
REPORTING TO: Supply Chain Manager/ Planning Manager
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Process all orders received
• Must be able to respond quickly and efficiently to all sales queries – turnaround time – same day
• Administration of document flow – ensure efficient tracking system of all paper work
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
• Matric
• Minimum of three year’s working experience in a Corrugating Environment
• Sales Experience
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadline and work under pressure
• High computer literacy
• Outlook and excel skills valuable
• Previous experience ERP system
