Humanz is a disruptive social data verification and enhancement business, which uses artificial intelligence, machine learning, image recognition, and natural language processing to analyze publicly available information the same way a human would, to provide an alternative, more accurate version of the truth found inside social data.

We are growing at a rapid rate and are in search of a hungry Customer Success Intern to join the team.

This purpose of this role is dual:
1. Participate in the design, planning, and management of influencer marketing campaigns from concept to finish via the Humanz technology platform.
2. Help onboard new influencers & ensure their successful usage of the Humanz app.

The role requires the following skills:
Good understanding of social media and SA culture
Strong communication skills
Good planning and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently within a small but dynamic team.

Core focus & responsibilities:
Assist new customers and influencers with their on-boarding;
Answer questions and queries from customers and influencers;
Participate in the creation of strategies and creative concepts for influencer campaigns;
Identify the most suitable influencers and verify them via Humanz;
Contact influencers, brief them and manage them during campaigns;
Assist the team with other operational requirements within this growing business.
What’s next?We are growing extremely fast and hiring quarterly. Interns who have made themselves indispensable after 6 months will be hired to full time positions with salaries starting from R14,500.
