Customer Success Manager (cyber security)

This role is perfect for someone who comes from a strong technical background, has a couple of years working as a systems admin / network engineer and now wants to be client facing.

Technically you need to have a good understanding and experience around Microsoft Active Directory, GPO and Microsoft Logging (logging technologies such as syslog).
You will have a broad understanding of IT systems and a sincere passion for cyber security.

We're looking for a strong personality to take full control of customer success, ensuring the response team is delivering the highest quality service, tracking overall success, identifying potential issues and presenting reports to ensure the continued satisfaction of all clients.
