Role and Responsibilities
• Research and development,
• Product and systems development,
• Marketing strategy and realignment of the overall business strategy to meet business objectives,
• Customer experience management and optimisation
• Formulation, implementation and management of the customer acquisition, retention and sectorbased strategies to target key customer segments
• Management and optimisation of the lending, credit and pricing strategies
• Management and optimisation of the marketing strategy, including events management and content generation
• Management and optimisation of core systems and processes to drive business efficiency
• Campaign, project and stakeholder management across multiple workstreams
• Data measurement, analysis and reporting across multiple workstreams to drive business decision-making.

• Bachelor of Business Science Honours Degree
• At least 5 years’ experience
