• It is predominantly an Oracle environment, thus an Oracle background would be ideal
• Guide and Lead the team of BI Developers and Data Analysts
• Someone who has strong technical knowledge in order to be able to guide and support the BI developers and Data analysts on the team
• Must have good Architecture experience
• Strong stakeholder management experience is important
