Reporting to the Operations Manager - Centurion, this position will be responsible for:

§ Management of the Data Processing division in its entirety

§ Monitor divisional functions to ensure adherence to SLE’s

§ Monitor quality and output by conducting QA checks

§ Conducting Divisional meetings

§ Monitor automated processes

§ Attend to client queries, escalations and complaints

§ Liaise with operational divisions to streamline processes

§ Streamline processes within the division

§ Other adhoc duties as required.

This role works from 8.00am to 17: 00pm. The successful applicant will be expected to work extra hours due to the nature of this position - if and when required.

Job Requirements:

§ Language: Fluent in English

§ 2-3 years’ Supervisory experience and advantage

§ Excellent administrative skills

§ Excellent time management skills

§ Ability to perform well under pressure

§ Energetic with excellent communication and people skills

§ Sense of Urgency
