A fast-paced Data Management company in the IT industry, with national and international clients, seeks a critical thinking and dynamic self -starter to add value to the business through efficient control of our customer and potential customer databases. You should possess high energy, attention to detail, be hands-on, adaptable, dependable, people, quality and service orientated.

Qualifications: Matric. Previous experience in CRM/Database Systems. Must have strong organisational skills with 4-5 years administration experience. Experience in the technical industry and Support Desk would be an advantage. Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).

Deliverables include:
• Management and creation of all company databases
• Customer liaison
• Database reporting and interpretation
• Assistance with Project Roll-outs
• Administration, updating, researching and record keeping of all relevant customer records and documentation
