Dealer Principal - Polokwane
Responsible for formulation and implementation of customer strategies to achieve sales volumes, profit and share targets and the budget cost for the division or major geography area.
Manages the activities of the sales force in a division.
Ensures that all records are continually updated and mains individual contact with key customers and management.
Manage dealership profits and ensure high levels of productivity in all departments;
Recruits, motivates and develops staff.
A minimum of 5 years’ management experience in the motor industry; a relevant management sciences qualification will be beneficial;
Management and self-driven abilities coupled with exceptional analysis & problem-solving skills;
Development and implementation of policies and procedures, healthy business ethics and professional client service.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work productively in a high-pressure environment.
Manage time effectively and set clearly defined targets
