The Debtors Clerk position is a permanent position based in Wellington. This position will form part of the Administrative department and will be responsible to manage all debt collection and administration of debtors

Job Description:

Duties & responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

* Invoicing. ?
* Handling account queries. ?
* Receipt and allocation of payments. ?
* Monitoring and following up on outstanding accounts. ?
* Monthly debtors reconciliations. ?A successful candidate will be responsible, accountable, and deadline driven; have excellent time management skills and interpersonal skills to liaise with relevant stakeholders, and be able to deliver high standers under pressure. ?


Qualifications:

* National Senior Certificate or any other relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. National Diploma in Accounting, National Diploma in Cost and Management Accounting etc.) ?
* Minimum 5 years’ experience. ?
* Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English). ?
* Advanced excel skills. ?
* High attention to detail. ?
* Sound and proven knowledge of debtor’s management. ?
* Experience in the agricultural industry would be advantageous. ?
