DEBTORS CONTROLLER
Main purpose of Job:
Collection of outstanding business revenues from customers.

Qualifications:
Must have completed Matric
Book-keeping Diploma or Certificate or any Financial qualification.

Responsibilities:

? Collection of outstanding revenues
? Update debtor’s accounts on a daily basis.
? Monthly printing and sending of debtor statements.
? Weekly confirmation of aged debtors
? Open and maintain debtor’s accounts with proper authorization, including credit vetting.
? Liaising with departments.
? Written backup for all unallocated items older than 90 days.
? Filling of all related documentation in a neat and orderly fashion for easy retrieval.
? Maintain effective working relationships and communications with company’s external partners.
? Initiate continued improvement and development of the debtors clerk function.
