Responsibilities:
Manage subordinates
Set KPA(s) of team members and manage performance
Maintain discipline of team (Execute company disciplinary procedures)
Manage driver damage and accidents
Ensure sound fleet and cost control
Manage fuel consumption on fleet
Manage customer/supplier relations
Conduct workshop visits and submit reports
Manage and control route adherence and TAT
Attend to customer/supplier/internal queries and complaints

Requirements:
Relevant Diploma/Degree
Relevant experience in applying job-related concepts, techniques and processes
Experience in working with senior management
Previous experience in managing at least +-20 long haul truck
Business English: Fluent
Valid Driver(s) license
Computer literacy (Intermediate)
People management experience
Travel off-site/overnight stay
Work shifts/weekends/public holidays
