RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create and maintain product forecast for customer groups
Develop demand forecast on daily/weekly/monthly
Generate statistical-based forecast, review exceptions, clean(s) history, validate assumptions, analyze variance between expected and actual results
Facilitate monthly rolling demand plan per product Group and/or SKU and/or SKU Family
Collaborate with Marketing, Principals and Key Accounts to obtain market intelligence (MDT)
Analyze deviations and demand changes and present findings to multi-discipline team
Analyze and communicate order fill rate (supply levels to customers)
Optimize and review ideal inventory levels
Focused Promotions Weekly - Regional/National by prioritization

REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain
4 years exposure to the Demand Planning FMCG environment
Be able to work long hours
Extremely analytical
Business English: Fluent
MS Excel (Advanced)
Working with Senior Management
