Our client, one of the largest suppliers of petroleum is recruiting for an industry-experienced and hands-on Administrator to join their dynamic, forward-thinking team
Excellent service to customers, suppliers, employees, and other stakeholders
Reception and professional answering of incoming calls & emails
Effective handling of lubricant and petroleum orders and processing of sales invoices.
Daily stock reconciliation
Effective handling of purchase orders and processing supplier invoices as well as timeously submitting for payment
General Administrative work
Plan and execute to meet all department & company deadlines
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in both Afrikaans and English;
Strong organising and time management skills to focus on achieving all administrative deadlines.
Good interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Integrity, Responsible, Accountable, Respect, Honest and Trustworthy.
Energetic with an innovative orientation.
The ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
Must have own reliable transport.
Computer proficiency is compulsory (MS- Office and e-mails); and
Advanced experience in Evolution and knowledge of lubricants will be to your advantage.
