To manage the entire Hotel Operations, ensure that the Team conforms to a professional and efficient

outfit in relation to Guests, Visitors, Staff and Hotel Administration.

Requirements:

A Hospitality Management Qualification - Diploma or Degree.

Professional attitude

Min 4 years Hotel Management experience in 4 - 5* Hotel Operations is required.

Human resource management skills such as recruitment and training

Basic accounting skills

Good customer service skills

Purchasing and inventory skills is an asset

Good Communication Skills

Physically very fit

Ability to work with multi-cultural Team

Able to work shifts

Able to conduct rosters to operational requirements

Attention to detail is of the utmost importance

Able to work in a pressurized environment

Able to multi task across the board

Able to maintain Staff discipline and HR requirements as required

Able to lead a Team and offer support

Able to run and co-ordinate meetings

Sound financial acumen

Able to problem solve effectively

Has a keen eye and interest for Food & Beverage, Rooms Division and Hotel Operations

Micros POS Skills

Opera PMS Skills

Food & Beverage experience and wine knowledge is an asset

Salary R 25 000 including single accommodation unit.
