• At least 3 years in a design environment
• At least 3 years engineering experience
• 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
• To manage projects relating to products, process or any new business initiative effectively to ensure efficient implementation thereof to support the business in achieving its objectives and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
• To effectively conceptualise, design, fabricate, test and implement products for the business in order to improve efficiencies and/or satisfy customer requirements, in line with the project plans, specifications and agreed budgets.
• Ensure that all relevant documentation relating to products are created, up-to-date, stored and implemented.
• To identify and implement product and process improvements on an ongoing basis to reduce costs and improve efficiencies on an ongoing basis.
• To continuously liaise and build effective relationships with relevant stakeholders in and outside the organisation to ensure efficient management of projects thereby managing project deadlines and budget requirements.
• To accurately compile and manage project budgets in order to control costs and expenditures thereby ensuring overall profitability and showing a good ROI on initiatives executed.
• Ensure effective communication of relevant information to all stakeholders to support effective decision making for the business.
