Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Programming and setting CNC turning centers using Fanuc controls.
Interpreting technical drawings to ensure precise machining processes.
Troubleshooting any programming or machining issues that may arise.
Collaborating with team members to enhance production efficiency and quality.
Monitor, Maintain & clean machines
Delegate tasks to Operators.
Assist with Department planning
Proven experience as a CNC turning programmer and setter.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience
Proficiency in Fanuc controls is essential
Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
Willingness to adapt to changing production demands and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills.
Trade certificate will be an advantage.
Software Experience required: Mastercam 2024 and SolidWorks 2024
