Your key job responsibilities as the Development Project Manager in Johannesburg will include:

- Plan and coordinate details of content, timelines, deadlines, briefs and tasks by working with projects teams, and management
- Ensuring that processes are implemented for efficient workflow
- Managing the briefs, deliverables, timelines and outputs with developers
- Communicating briefs and project requirements, for digital platforms to development teams
- Quality management of deliverables i.e. testing on staging environment against brief
- Change Control Management and implementation to ensure risk compliance
- Working with content editorial teams – understanding CMS, training, deployment of final project
- General project admin, such as creating manuals, outlining processes, logging change requests, maintaining project documentation
- Reporting on development road map, time and budget
- Plan and manage a voting production through the voting life cycle
- Provide daily progress reports on voting production
- Monitor and report on voting patterns and results
- Review all voting content for accuracy and adherence to voting policy

Requirements for this Development Project Manager job in Johannesburg:

- 2-3 years’ relevant experience
- Project management training, qualification or in-house experience
- Web and multimedia project management experience
- CMS-based website management experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office (full suite) skills
- Driver's License and own transport advantageous
- Good written and verbal communication skill needed
- Must have an excellent understanding of website architecture and content placement
- Technical QA experience advantageous
- Candidate must be prepared to work flexible hours, after 17h00 and weekends
