Our client, an academic institution, requires the service of a Digital Brand Manager who has a sound understanding of managing digital campaigns through inbound, push and behavourial marketing.
Key performance areas:
? Design and implement digital strategies within budget requirements
? Develop, manage and nurture digital enrolment campaigns
? Develop product-specific communication strategies and long-term sales growth plans
? Manage the agency relationship and contribution ensuring the correct outcomes
? Launch marketing/promotional campaigns per programme (programme driven – selected programmes combined based on fit)
? Develop annual implementation plans that deliver on strategy
? Identify customer segments / personas, and ensure communications connect with selected groups
? Conduct market research for product portfolio and use insights to deliver improvements
? Develop performance matrix against set objectives
? Manage a budget
? Work with others to create compelling content: text, image and video
? Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency
The successful candidate must have:
? Matric with a Degree/Diploma in Marketing
? 4 – 5 Years relevant experience
? Must have sound knowledge in marketing principals and digital campaigns
? Must have strong budgeting knowledge and experience
? Must have campaign management experience
? Must have excellent communication skills
? Ability to work independently
? Must have an excellent work ethic
? Must have a proven track record in successfully running digital campaigns
? Must have a sound understanding of inbound, push and behavioural marketing
? Understand and know how to apply marketing automation technology to increase efficiency and effectiveness
