Overview
As the Digital Learning Director, you will be responsible for expanding the Digital learning channel on both a local and international level. An entrepreneurial aptitude, inspirational leadership, digital asset market awareness and Business Development confidence at a C-Suite level are vital for success.

Minimum Requirements:
Track record of generating and leveraging valued client facing activities, specifically boosting business development in consulting / executive development / or similar. Digital products and service sales in a business-to-business environment.
Working knowledge of customer relations management (CRM); AccPac (financial system), Faculty Management System (FMS), Delivery Hub, Moodle, and well-developed MS Office skills, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
Currently extensive travel is not required. Must have a valid South African passport should circumstances change.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Ability and passion to create new, and nurture existing and long-standing relationships, crafting and presenting development solutions, which are recognised as unique value propositions.
Collaborate to support Channel Directors from other channels in the implementation of the company strategy, and work closely with the Commercial Director, the Business Developer and Marketing to identify market gaps and customer needs using our growing network and extensive market intelligence capability.
Participate in strategic change projects (sprints and hothouses) that enhances the internal culture, uplift and inspire our customers, and operationalise learning outcomes.
Work with Human Capital to manage all human capital related issues including recruitment, induction, performance management, probations, development, IR, OD and exit processes for their Channel, continually moving the skills and performance bar upwards.
Understand the executive development landscape and emerging trends, including competitor activity and adjacent industry sectors.
Handle the detailed financials of the Channel’s internal P&L, and broad legal aspects of complex contracts which define external commercial deal structures and manage risk.
Be comfortable creating detailed business plans and budgets, short course costings, providing accurate variance analysis monthly, and forecasting profit outcomes on a rolling basis.
Cultivate a strong working relationship with the Finance Team, with a clear understanding of the accountability of the Channel Director regarding management accounts reporting.
