Digital Marketing Intern - Cape Town

We know that there are 100s of digital marketing roles out there. We know that they all sound like something you could (and would like to) do.

First of all, we’re primarily focused on helping YOU develop and build on your digital marketing understanding. We’ll equip you with knowledge of a wide range of online marketing strategies, how to run actual campaigns, and experience in digital marketing, Edtech, and Fintech, so that you’ll be able to slot right into any fast-paced working environment.

As our digital marketing intern, you will collaborate with our Head of Digital in all stages of marketing campaigns. Your contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our channels and campaigns.

You also won’t only be working on Trusted Interns. You’ll get exposure to running campaigns for Learning Loans (FinTech) and The Bursary Lottery (EdTech). Good times!

MS Office Suite experience – especially Excel
Familiarity with online marketing software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Google Analytics, and Google Ads)

Passion for the digital marketing industry and its best practices

What your days would consist of:
Collecting quantitative and qualitative data from online marketing campaigns and reporting on performance
Performing market analysis and research on competition and customers
Daily administrative tasks
Writing copy
Setting up and running digital campaigns to meet targets
Website optimization
Audits of various channels, pages, campaigns, etc
