Experienced Digital Marketing Manager required to join the Sales Team (Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing) of a UK based company that offers accounting and payroll services.

Monitoring the webchat portal for new enquiries and convert to leads
Monitor SEO performance utilising appropriate tools
Developing digital marketing strategy to increase marketing database and target audience engagement
Managing all social media channels as well as email marketing campaigns
Liaising with external creative agencies to produce promotional video content
Writing high-quality, informative monthly blogs for specific target audiences
Working closely with website team to monitor website performance and resolve any issues
Collaborating with the sales team to come up with new marketing ideas based on sales team insights
Researching and implementing ways to increase organic exposure using SEO backlinks, reciprocal marketing, and SEO content strategies
Working on our existing database to ensure contacts are relevant and targeted correctly
Working to develop our database to bring in new clients
Attend events to assist with registration during trade shows, presentations or open days
Act as the super user for Salesforce CRM platform
Assist the sales team with answering any phone queries or direct any queries to the relevant department

4+ Years’ experience in a similar role
Completed Degree/ certification relevant to Marketing (Ideally digital marketing)
Strong technical skills:
MS Office Suite
Adobe Photoshop; InDesign; Premier Pro and After Effects
Extensive experience using SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) strategy to increase website exposure through targeted organic content

Customer facing marketing experience
Great administration skills and a flexible approach to working pattern
Extensive SEO experience to increase website exposure through targeted organic content
Experience working with WordPress
Proficient HTML experience to edit web pages and marketing emails
Expert working knowledge of using Google analytics, Google search console, Bing webmaster and Google my business to monitor website performance
Experience with B2B and B2C marketing strategy
Excellent copywriting skills and ability to create high quality blog posts
