Our Client is looking for a hands-on qualified Front-End Developer /Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team in a remote role. The ideal candidate is someone who has proven experience and capability in both the front- end development component as well as the digital marketing component of the role.
Provide high-quality graphics and visual elements to bring concepts to life.
Develop and maintain user interface and optimize user experience.
Manage software workflow.
Manage website content and system/plugin maintenance and backups.
Ensuring all updates are debugged, quality assured, and tested in a staging environment before publishing.
Optimise web applications for maximum speed.
Stay up to date with new digital technologies and aspire to combine usability with visual design.
Manage the execution of the SEO strategy and follow SEO best practices.
Partnering with IT (TS) to ensure website security protocols are in place and maintained.
Administer digital marketing activities and ensure a smooth and timeous internal workflow.
Plan, build, manage, and integrate effective and leading-edge digital marketing campaigns across multiple
channels (email, website, landing pages, PR, social media, marketing automation, with CRM integration).
Manage campaign budgets.
Ensure uniform brand representation on all digital channels.
Explore new opportunities to expand the organisation's reach while improving engagement and lead generation efforts.
Assist with the implementation of a Marketing Automation (MA) System (HubSpot) and digital marketing optimisation tools/services.
Lead the website lead generation data integration into the CRM and ensuring API integration project management.
Implement lead nurturing and promotional email campaigns.
Communicate campaign rules to ensure leads are processed for sales response and conversion.
Ensure list data quality prior to email campaigns and managing the data clean-up back into the CRM system.
Create email templates, forms & landing page layouts within the MA system that are embedded on the website and write back to the CRM system.
Training and development of future support staff to manage the web master role, lead generation, and nurturing campaign development.
Track, analyse, and report on digital marketing and sales activation effectiveness of all leads generated through digital marketing.
Collaborate and manage the service providers and vendors.
A relevant and formal technical qualification or professional certification
A minimum of 5- 7 years' experience planning and executing digital marketing strategies across channels on either agency or client side (web mastering, media buying, account management, campaign management, project management etc.).
Proven experience across the Digital Marketing landscape e.g., Project Management, Campaign Management, Email Marketing, Hubspot CRM, CMS (WordPress), Landing Page builders (HubSpot), tracking and reporting, management of a Marketing Automation System.
Strong understanding of reporting and tracking across channels.
Proven experience in briefing vendors and managing stakeholders and projects (working with internal and
external service providers, stakeholders, and vendors).
Some experience in data visualisation and reporting.
Understanding & experience with data flow in front end & back-end systems
Demonstrable knowledge of link building, content marketing, and social media strategies.
Proven ability to perform SEO audits and successfully implement site optimization.
MUST be proficient in WordPress CMS
Can conceptualise and drive the execution of an integrated approach to all digital marketing efforts.
Has a strong sense of personal responsibility and be able to self-manage, while enjoying being part of a dedicated and supportive team.
