Digital Training and Development Manager Randburg Johannesburg Gauteng

We are looking for an experienced Digital Training and Development Manager from preferably the Energy Sector / Engineering / Technical Industry whose role will be multifaceted in that they will be responsible for the Training and Development Fully DIGITAL as well as Change Management functions within our Company. MUST HAVE DIGITAL Experience and be able to Set up this Department from Scratch
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that both Training & Development and Change Management initiatives meet objectives within agreed time frames and within budget. This person will devise our organizational training and change management strategies, oversee their implementation and assess outcomes. You will identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training or change management initiatives that build employee engagement and enhance the employees’ skills, performance, productivity and quality of work.

Salary R 55000 - R 60 000 BASIC Negotiable + Benefits

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
5 plus years Training Management experience
3-5 Years Digital Training and Development Experience - a MUST NON NEGOTIABLE
Be able to start up this Department from Scratch
Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
Management of Learnership programs
WSP Facilitator
Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.
Devise a Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) that addresses needs and expectations.
Plan, direct, and coordinate training programs to achieve WSP goals.
Conduct effective induction sessions of the various departments, HR policies and procedures and Health & Safety. Oversee new staff coaching and mentoring programs.
Skills and knowledge:
A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent active listening skills
Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
