Skills and Experience
Applicants who meet the following minimum criteria will qualify to apply:
Be a South African citizen by birth (All races can apply)
Be between the ages of 18-28
Candidate must have Matric
Candidate must have a clear criminal record
Be presentable and have good English communication and interpersonal skills
Candidate must not be employed or studying full time
Must have a Valid Medical Report

Loss of Hearing (unless the candidate has a hearing aid)

The client would ideally like to put the learners through a 4 year learning journey as follows, should we have a successful first year:

Contact Centre NQF2 – 2021
End User Computing NQF3 – 2022
Technical Support NQF4 – 2023
System Support NQF5 – 2024

Therefore candidates should not have any of the above certifications

First year stipend is R3000.
