Dispatch Controller - Cape Town - Bellville

• Loading of trucks with stock to the DC's • Control all outgoing stock • Regulate truck loading with Security team • Complete orders timeously • Initiate, coordinate, and evaluate work flow and procedures regarding paperwork from dispatching the products to the administrators • Bring back the signed Chep slip from the previous day‘s delivery • Return the Issue notes for pellets received from Chep to Creditors Clerk • Complete all records relating to hygiene of trucks and invoices for traceability. • Ensure all trucks are sealed and clean before buns are loaded • Ensure no damaged buns are loaded • Ensure that all stacks have an empty bottom crate and no buns are stored directly on the floor • Ensure all trucks are locked with a seal when they arrive and before leaving the premises • Ensure all crates that are loaded are clean and not broken • Ensure FIFO principles are always followed

Knowledge of Supplier Quality Management Systems • Ability to work at a very fast pace • Ability to give direct instruction • Analytical and accurate • Understand GMP, HACCP and safety rules

High school • Dispatch related experience • Knowledge of Safe working procedures • Knowledge of Food Safety, Hygiene and HACCP standards
