Knowledge of Food Safety, Hygiene and HACCP Standards
Loading of Trucks with stock to the DC's
Control of outgoing stock
Complete all records relating to hygiene of trucks and invoices for traceabiity
Ability to work weekends and public holidays
Ensure FIFO principles are always followed
