In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of top-tier infrastructure consulting services across sectors such as water and sewer systems, roads and stormwater management, and complex construction projects. Your mission will be to drive growth in revenue and profitability by identifying and developing new business opportunities, optimizing business processes, and effectively managing teams and performance.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development and Growth:
Identify new opportunities and forge strategic partnerships to offer competitive solutions.
Lead initiatives to expand the company’s Infrastructure Consulting’s industry presence.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Risk and Compliance Management:

Implement quality control for project bids and tenders.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Oversee risk management and governance, ensuring adherence to company policies on asset utilization
Performance and Accountability:

Lead project management processes, ensuring effective implementation across all projects.
Collaborate with Project Managers to manage budgets, cost control, and capital funding with the Finance team.
People Management and Organizational Culture:

Appoint and manage teams for efficient coordination.
Implement performance management and ensure policy compliance.
Cultivate a values-aligned culture and develop team capabilities.
Client Relationship Management:

Oversee client engagement and ensure standards are met.
Strengthen strategic client relationships and cross-sell services.
Develop client appreciation programs and ensure timely resolution of queries.


REQUIEMENTS
Degree or B. Tech in Civil Engineering
8 years of experience in a senior management role within infrastructure consulting or a similar environment
