Our client, a listed property concern seeks to appoint a Document Administrator who will be responsible for administration relating to lease agreements. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience within a leasing or conveyancing environment.

Requirements:
• Grade 12 minimum
• Post matric or Property qualification will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of leases environment will be an advantage.
• Ability to draw leases, draw schedules/reports on system
• Computer literate with excellent touch typing skills with high accuracy rate
• Good communication skills – written and verbal
• Time management skills essential
• A good mix of interpersonal and administrative skills
• Good problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
• Lease Document Management Process i.e.: Draft Lease Agreements I.e. New Deals/ renewals, addendums and all related documents
• Documentation deadline management
• Liaise with Business Units and Leasing consultants, if and when applicable.
• Capturing of Lease Agreements on all relevant systems.
• Ensure debit orders are captured timeously and accurately.
• Attend to lease audits every quarter.
• Attend to queries identified by the department and address those with the relevant Business Units with supporting documents. Send emails to Business Units with lease related queries.
• Attend report back meetings on outstanding leases and all related matters. i.e. GOBI, offers
• Assist team members and the department where necessary.
• Scan leases onto system once signed, so that Business Unit can send a copy to the tenant.
