RESPONSIBILITIES:
Evaluate Drivers according to K53 guidelines
Evaluate defensive and economical driving techniques
Evaluate internal and external vehicle maneuvering techniques
Evaluate Delivery Assistants and external candidates for possible appointment as Drivers
Train Drivers according to K53 guidelines
Provide training on: vehicle housekeeping, pre and post trip inspections, internal and external maneuvering techniques
Provide training on: cold chain, refrigeration unit, customer care, delivery documentation, delivery procedures


REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
Business English: Fluent
Experience in working with senior management
Code 10 motor vehicle license
Travel off-site/overnight stay
Work shifts/weekends/public holidays
