Your key job responsibilities as the Dutch speaking VIP Executive in Johannesburg, South Africa will include:

- Building strong relationships with valuable customers and providing an extraordinary service and gaming experiences tailored to them, across all products
- Monitoring individual customer performance and ensuring that bonuses, gifts and hospitality invitations are offered in accordance with business requirements
- Coordinating retention and reactivation activities; including planning, execution and evaluation
- Handling a customer’s day to day queries including out of hours when necessary, in order to provide the VIP with a personal and tailor-made service
- Evaluating and reporting on VIP activities and performance on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Hosting VIP events in order to maintain strong relationships
- Reporting directly to the Head of VIP

Requirements for this Dutch speaking VIP Executive job in Johannesburg, South Africa:

- Strong command of written and spoken Dutch and English languages
- Strong understanding of sportsbook and casino products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong relationship building skills and the ability to build trust
- Great organisation, planning and prioritisation skills, with strong attention to detail
