Duty Manager – Boutique Property

Pick Me Recruitment is on the hunt for an experienced Duty Manager to join a dynamic team at a Boutique Property, situated in the Helderberg Area. The property offers a collection of experiences that includes a Restaurant, Wine Bar, Deli Shop, Luxurious Accommodation and Day Spa.
The perfect candidate needs to have a strong operational background and able to demonstrate the fundamentals of business in achieving of key performance areas. The individual should have excellent wine knowledge, the ability to lead and manage a team effectively and be driven by a service & guest centric approach.

Minimum Requirements & Key Skills;

This is a dynamic position and our client requires a hands-on, energetic candidate
• Relevant Tertiary Education
• National Senior Certificate
• Excellent wine knowledge
• Own Vehicle and Valid Drivers’ Licence
• Sound knowledge of inventory management
• Excellent communication skills
• 3+ Years’ experience in a similar position
• Service and Guest Centric
• Strong administration skills and computer literate
• Professional and sophisticated
• Detail orientated

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Manage the Food and Beverage daily operations that includes the Restaurant, Deli, Wine Bar, Luxury Accommodation
• Liaise and work closely with the kitchen team to ensure service excellence and quality
• Assist the Luxury Accommodation team with Guest Arrival, Check-in, Departure, F&B Service
• Ideally strong with POS and stock processes
• Inventory Management & supplier liaison
• Continuously inspire and train staff on all levels

Remuneration:
R12 000 ctc – R15 000 ctc · Relating to experience
Start Date: ASAP
