Requirements:

5+ years of supervisory experience in a textile dye house
Degree/Diploma in Textile Technology
"Hands on" manager-have a roll up the sleeves mentality
Proactive on problem solving and resolution oriented
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to communicate with all levels in the department; excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Responsibilities:

Carryout hands-on management of the dye house operations and improvement of dyeing operations
Ensure dye house meets all production and quality needs
Oversee scheduling, materials and labour to ensure that dyeing deadlines are achieved.
