Job title : E - Commerce Specialist

Responsibilities:
• Track and report online sales
• Investigate online sales trends and leverage opportunities for growth
• Resolve all customer related queries
• Work closely with the DC to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Continuously research the E-Commerce trends for online platforms
• Implement/ update online ordering and fulfilment processes
• Fulfil all E-Commerce related administrative duties
• Manage all Ecommerce Marketplace channels

Qualifications and other requirements:
• A relevant degree / diploma
• 3 years' experience in a supervisory role in a
call centre environment
• Customer service experience
• A Retail/ FMCG background is
advantageous
• Comfortable with online systems
• Proficient use of Microsoft office
