The Employee Benefits Consultant is responsible for maintaining the company’s current client base, while assessing potential client needs and obtain new business leads.
You will be responsible to consult with and service the needs of the company’s clients, engage and service the company’s client staff base regarding their medical aid queries and ensure full compliance with relevant legislation.

Education & Qualifications
Financial EB Related qualification
FAIS Compliant
RE 5 Exams
License with the council of medical aid schemes

Relevant experience:
Applicants will ideally have knowledge of all the main classes of Employee Benefits and service standards
3 - 5 years’ experience working within Employee Benefits consulting

Compliance
Ensure full compliance with relevant legislation applicable to that of a Representative as defined in the FAIS Act, Code of Conduct as well as the FIC Act.
Maintaining and updating client data on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System
Support - Assist with Ad-Hoc projects as required by the Company
Notify management and colleagues of any changes that you have identified that will assist in the running of the business
Attend investment presentations or other industry related talks
