Opportunity available for an eCommerce Fulfilment Specialist at an Independent Retailer with an online store and 7 retail stores.

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in fulfilment, shipping, or inventory management
Experience in an eCommerce environment
Experience with inventory management and eCommerce systems
Experience of managing a team
Transforms online fulfilment and consistently delivers exceptional turnaround times
Has control, understanding and responsibility of online inventory

Duties:
Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in a timely, precise manner and properly recorded.
Responsible for online warehouse to ensure inventory levels are accurate and well maintained
Perform comprehensive warehouse duties, which include quality control, inventory management and shipping and receiving logistics.
Resolve any logistics problems that may arise.
Continuous analysis of inventory levels to ensure reordering of stock and management of excess stock
Processing and capturing of orders for both customer and suppliers
Grow and improve relationships with courier partners
Manage SLA agreements with couriers and monitoring of these service levels
Increase customer retention alongside Customer Service team
Handle and assist customer queries and requests
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised warehouse environment
