GRADE 12
• IMM (INTERNATIONAL MARKETING MANAGEMENT) DIPLOMA
• AND / OR SALES DIPLOMA
• CLEAR CREDIT RATING
• VALID DRIVER’S LICENCE
• 5 YEARS SALES / MARKETING MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IN SIMILAR ENVIRONMENT
Ability to grow existing client base and identify potential customers
Ability to implement sales strategies and tactics
Ensure orders are processed in timely manner
Excellent communicator, with the ability to engage face to face with clients
Motivated by continuous learning and development
Compile required reporting for management on a weekly basis
Manage the Cape region sales team to ensure the building of a strong efficient and professional working environment
Achieve and exceed the regional sales Budget
The building of key relations with customers to ensure that the customer’s needs are identified and managing the system to meet those needs
Perform in such a manner to achieve 95% customer satisfaction rating through attitude and proactive service.
Ensuring that customers’ expectations are met
Understanding of market segments and customer profiles, in order to conduct regular market share updates
Identification and growth of new customers and markets for CLIENT products
Oversee the management of the Customer Call Centre to ensure all customers are dealt with in a fast, efficient and professional manner
