The Agriculture division is looking for a committed individual to take up the exciting role of Egg Collection Coordinator, reporting to the Production and Operations Manager.
The incumbent will be required to managed the egg collection and crate wash process, manage all egg collection assets and manage vehicle movement with our contractor.
The ideal candidate should be in possession of a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in egg management or related production. A driver’s license is essential to meet the demands of operational requirements. Good computer literacy is required.
RESULTS REQUIRED
• Cost control and budget on a monthly basis.
• Limit and reduce all forms of egg wastage.
• Lead, motivate and retain a dedicated, consistent and well-disciplined team of employees.
• Ensure strict adherence to the Company approved Quality Program.
• Ensure that the Company is not exposed to any form of risk or loss in the area under your direct supervision.
• Ensure all reports and other administrative documents are completed accurately and submitted timeously.
• Ensure that all egg collection related activities and requirements are planned carefully in advance.
