The successful candidate must be a self-starter, be organized, have a knack for detail, deadline-driven and be punctual.

Candidates with work experience will be preferred.

Project management skills are a necessity.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Able to read and comment on preliminary designs
Prepare line diagrams
Able to compile a bill of materials and labour
Prepare project timelines and implement
Review client expectations and advise.
Be able to analyse utility bills and advise on customer needs
Monitor project during design, development and provide on-going follow through during the subsequent execution of the project.
Obtain and analyse quotes relating to the procurement of material for projects
Compile a project budget and monitor spend.
Compile project files
Prepare reports on various project related outcomes
Have knowledge about rules and regulations affecting the industry
Health and safety knowledge
Design of project on Helioscope essential.
Attend tender briefings
Compiling quotes and presentations to prospective clients.
Compiling financial calculations e.g. IRR NPV etc. Advantages
Understanding of measuring platforms
NB!! Candidates must be willing to travel and have a valid driving licence.
