Job Description

Manage a team of staff members and any ad hoc basis contractors
Supervise the electrical team and lead and electrical engineering maintenance activities
Oversee and ensure the success of operational plans
Ensure all plants and processes are always fully operational
Ensure electrical supply integrity to company standards
Will be in charge of project management
Ensure all HSEQ policies and legislation are adhered to within the team
Ensure cost control measures are adhered to
Administration tasks when required
May be required to be on occasional standby

Minimum Requirements

N5 with a relevant Trade Certificate (Electrical)
Exp. in Variable Speed Programming and Medium Voltage switching/ equipment
Master Electrician (Wireman’s license)
National Diploma in Engineering / related field and a Supervisory qualification preferred
5 years’ exp. Working in the relevant industry
2 years’ Supervisory exp.
Exp. in Computerised MAintenance Management Systems advantageous
Must have a valid driver’s license
