Job Description and Responsibilities
• Providing 1st level support to production for all vehicle electrics / electronic concerns
• Investigating build / audit related problems (root cause analysis, establishment and implementation of corrective actions)
• Basic IT skills (such as configuring IP addresses, setting up printer configurations etc.)
• Configuring and maintaining universal testing equipment (production commissioning equipment)
• Maintaining software of the vehicle electronics diagnostic equipment for production
• Diagnose vehicle electronics by using Volkswagen diagnostic and trace tools
• Networking and working with other departments setup

Education and Experience
• National Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or in Mechatronics
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in a vehicle manufacturing or engineering environment
• Knowledgeable on the vehicle electrical systems
• Trade - Auto Electrician

Skills, Attributes & Other requirements :
• Have good analytical skills relevant to solving of vehicle build / audit related problems
• Must be computer literate (MS Office)
• Have good communication skills and must be a team player
• Be a self-starter with continuous drive to identify opportunities for improvement
• Willing to be hands on
• Required to work shifts and overtime
