Emalahleni (Witbank), Mpumalanga: AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR
Minimum Requirements:
-Fully bilingual in with strong English proficiency
-Matric / Grade 12
-Minimum 3 years relevant Auto / Vehicle Service Advisory experience a must (KEY REQUIREMENT)
-Must be able to handle at least 15 vehicles per day
-Must be willing to work long hours
-Able to work under pressure (very busy workshop)
-Able to meet monthly targets
-Valid Driver’s license (Company vehicle provided)
-Reside in/near Witbank area
-Stable employment record and contactable references
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Initiate automotive services and repairs by ascertaining performance problems and services required
-Verifying warranty and service contract coverage
-Developing estimates and writing repair orders
-Maintaining customer rapport and records
-Act as liaison between customer and service technicians
-Determine vehicle problems and provide technicians with accurate repair descriptions.
Salary: ± R 10 000.00 gross (Depending on relevant experience)
Benefits: Commission based on performance
