Minimum Requirements:
-Well presentable and professional
-Fully bilingual in both Afrikaans and English (Read, write and speak – fully proficient A MUST)
-Matric / Grade 12
-Financial qualification
-Minimum 4 years experience as a Financial Manager at a franchised motor dealer A MUST (KEY REQUIREMENT)
-Fully independently functional
-Extensive financial/accounting knowledge required
-Experienced in ADP/Autoline/Kerridge System
-Valid Driver’s license (Company vehicle provided)
-Reside in/near Witbank area
-Stable employment record a must (no job hoppers, no unreasonable gaps in employment record, long term employment at previous employers etc.)
-Contactable references
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Full financial management functions for franchised Motor Dealer
-Lead and manage Admin Department personnel
-Produce accurate work within set deadlines
-Oversee/manage Sales (Parts, Service, Vehicle)
-Debtors, Creditors, Payroll, Assets, Recons
-Produce management reports
-Budget/expense/cashflow/floorplan control/planning
-Complete month-end and year-end procedures timeously and accurately
-SARS reconciliation & payment
-Trial Balance, Income Statement, Balance Sheet
-Financial Audit
Salary: ± R 25 000.00 gross (Depending on relevant experience)
