Minimum Requirements

1.Honors' degree or post graduate qualification in Minimum Requirements
Honours’ degree or post graduate qualification in Labour law, Labour studies, Industrial Sociology, Human Resource management;
A total of 8 years in employment relations and labour law experience of which three (3) years shall be in management
Experience in representing management at the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) either as representative or Commissioner Experience in working directly with unions (organized labour) including negotiation and consultation.
Key performance Areas

Provide advice to executive and line management in relation to case law, new and current legislation, employee relation issues and impending risks
Ensure compliance to legislation, regulations and national policy directives applicable to the Human Resources Function Design, develop and review divisional policies (employee relations and wellness), guidelines and procedures and the implementation thereof.
Provide effective people management in the Employee Relations and Wellness Division
Ensure adequate first line support to HR Business Partners (HRBPs) by developing all relevant employee relations training and orientation material in collaboration with Learning and development for HR Business Partner development law, Labour studies, Industrial Sociology, Human Resource management;
