Candidates are required to be in possession of a N4 Certificate, a Boilermaker / Fitter Trade Test (Section 13) and a minimum of 8 years post Trade Test experience in the relevant field, with 4 years at supervisory level. Candidates must also be in possession of a Foreman Certificate with previous experience in a shaft environment.
