The Enrolled Nurse provides patient care according to assessed and monitored individual needs, under the direction of the Professional Nurse and will supervise activities of the Caregivers.

Task summary:

· Provide quality patient care in accordance with current Nursing Care Plans.

· Follow instructions and accept direction as required.

· Administer and document patient medications and prescribed treatment accurately.

· Report any changes in a patient’s condition to the Professional Nurse on duty for review.

· Work independently, without close supervision, as required.

· Communicate effectively with staff and patients.
